By using the website or app, you agree to use RELAY lawfully and understand that availability may change as the service is maintained and improved.
2. Acceptable use
You may use RELAY for lawful personal household organization. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, access another account, impersonate another person, abuse request forms or use RELAY to mislead or harm others.
Use support and privacy forms only for their stated purpose. Never submit a password or unnecessary sensitive household information through a public web form.
3. Not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice
RELAY is designed to organize responsibilities and continuity information. It is not a medical device, emergency service, law firm, financial adviser, insurer or replacement for qualified professional judgment.
Never rely on an automated suggestion or reminder as proof that a payment, filing, booking, medical instruction, legal form or emergency action was completed.
4. Intellectual property
The RELAY branding, interface, copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain with their respective owners and licensors. Using the service does not transfer ownership.
5. Third-party links and official sources
The legal center links to regulators and official legislation for convenience. Those sites control their own content and practices. A link does not mean a regulator has approved or certified RELAY.
6. Availability and changes
The website, account API and app may be changed, maintained, suspended or discontinued. Features and screenshots may evolve after testing, security review, accessibility review and store approval.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, RELAY is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Customers remain responsible for verifying important household actions and maintaining appropriate independent backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
8. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep the password confidential.
- Use only an account and household you are authorized to manage.
- Avoid unnecessary sensitive details in responsibility notes.
- Review important actions instead of treating suggestions as automatic execution.
- Delete the account in the app or use the public request route when you no longer want the service.
9. Applicable law, contact and updates
Mandatory consumer and data-protection laws may apply based on a customer’s location regardless of contractual wording.
Material updates will carry a new version and effective date. Existing customers will receive notice and consent opportunities where law or the nature of the change requires them.
