This site intentionally includes no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising network, embedded video, social widget, chat widget or third-party font.
2. Other provider categories
No advertising, payment, external identity, AI/OCR, email-marketing or customer-support platform currently receives private household content through the RELAY app.Any future provider must pass the requirements below before access is enabled.
3. Vendor approval requirements
- documented business purpose and minimum necessary data;
- security assessment, encryption, least privilege and incident history;
- binding processing/data-protection terms and confidentiality;
- data locations, onward subprocessors and cross-border mechanism;
- retention, verified deletion, export and account-closure commitments;
- breach detection, cooperation and notification timing;
- availability, portability, exit plan and alternative/manual path;
- AI training, human review and automated-decision restrictions where relevant;
- country, child, health, financial and other sensitive-data requirements.
4. Uses RELAY will not authorize
- sale of household or behavioral data;
- targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising;
- vendor enrichment of private content or household graphs;
- independent training of public or shared models on private household content;
- undisclosed access by vendor personnel;
- retention after the contracted purpose or deletion schedule ends;
- autonomous production releases or consequential household decisions.
5. Provider changes and notice
The register states the provider, service and data categories. Material new providers will be announced before receiving data where contract or law requires advance notice and objection rights.
